Hey everyone, so need some help...
I want to add some additional traffic to an existing scenario which i cloned.

    My problem is..
When I edit the scenario, it takes me to the start of the route and I am trying to find a way to add traffic at the end of the route.

    Screenshot attached

I know how to navigate the map, but just trying to find a way to add traffic to it.

    Hope this makes sense

    Using Train Simulator 2024

    Cheers

Your post didn't make it clear exactly what the problem is, and you did not attach a screenshot. I'm going to assume you know how to use the map but don't know how to teleport to add trains to a certain location.

On the map screen, hold CTRL while clicking to send then location you clicked on to the teleport/compass menu at the top of the screen. The map should pan to the point you clicked if it has done it successfully. Then click on the little arrow in the teleport box. You'll now have teleported and the game will load in the scenery around you.

Then you can place down whatever trains you want. If they are meant to be AI trains, click on the driver icon in the top left box, then click on the train. It should now have a circle with a head on it. Go into the timetable editor (in the top left box; it looks like a clock) and find your train from the list of services at the top. Then you can give it instructions. You'll also want to change the driver's settings so that its service class and departure time are what you need. Even if the train you're adding is not AI, go into the timetable editor anyway to check if the trains you've added are causing any issues. Be warned that you can mess up scenarios if you add trains without paying attention to the AI and player trains. Double check that your trains aren't delaying any other services.

Hey there, oh sorry I accidentally forgot to add a screenshot (attached it now)
Not new to playing train simulator but very much a beginner when it comes to editing scenarios.

Really appreciate the detailed explanation and will give it a go. Many thanks again cheers

I assume you've put the driver on the train you want to add? If so, it'll appear on the list at the top, where it says Class 90 Glasgow to Preston.
