Hi both, hope your both okay. I was wondering if there was a chance we the community could get a guide on what we need in place for Addon Manager to correctly see and load the content we make in public editor and want to put into the game.

I'm speaking here for those including me where we aren't really into modding what yourselves have made but instead allowing out creativity to show through in scenarios we make etc.

would be great if something could be done as today I've discovered for game to see my scenario I must have the array Trains Involded have at least one entry else the scenario does not get shown in selection screen for the route the scenario is for. :)

That's not an addon manager thing, I think it's just a UI floof tbh.

Addon manager will load whatever you refer to - not sure what to tell you as I don't know what problem you're solving - can you expand on the problem you're seeing and I can advise further?

    Matt.

Arr, so the issue I was seeing was my scenario I made in public editor and cooked and packed with what muff made to allow us to cook and pack with public editor, cooking doesnt work unless we use muffs thing. The scenario though wasn't showing up in game.

I then discovered that if the train involved array in scenario definition is an empty array the game wouldn't show the scenario on the UI.

After I added at least one rvd into the train involved array and recooked and packed the game then showed the scenario on the ui for me to select it and play it.

Just wondering however is this trains involved array something thats being checked somewhere and as it was an empty array could be making something with ui where it's causing odd things to happen.

I think the trains involved thing is just a wierdism on the UI that nobody noticed since we always populate it to be honest. It's definitely not an addon manager thing :)

fair enough, I can see why it wouldn't be caught that bug of array being empty prevents UI showing the scenario.

Something else however I've just thought of is even if it is populated I've noticed in game the trains bit of UI that shows the trains involved is blank most likely again bug with UI going weird, just sure if it happens with in house scenarios etc or if it's just a bug introduced when scenarios etc done through public editor.
