    advanced training in TSW2
Create additional training for players who want to use more features.
These trainings will include familiarization with the safety systems, with the "buttons": when to use them and what they are for, as well as the rules on these railways: signals (sounds and traffic lights), the correct setting of lights on the locomotive.
    In general, about everything!

Matt made a PZB video on YouTube it may be beneficial for them to actually allow people to watch that in the game itself for those wishing to use the systems

there’s also one on breaks aswell I think

If Journey Mode was more than a ragtag collection of timetable runs and scenarios, this suggestion could actually be a test which needed to be passed as part of unlocking runs further into the "ladder".

When I did playtest for DTG (back in the TSW days) I suggested something akin to the license mode of Gran Turismo where you start out basic, build up in complexity with signalling, systems etc and end up with a license which you then use in timetable mode (possibly without the need for a HuD). Was told it was too complex for those who just want to "jump in and play the game"
Whilst I agree there could be a mode or method of just jumping in and driving I also think there could be a more advanced driving style which the game helps you achieve

This is the problem I guess, the desire not to deprive people of part of the game because they can't pass a certain level. In some ways I can see the argument as I've had frustration over the years (GTA SA - that bouncing car mission, the one where you have to intercept 4 motorcycles and grab the "yay" satchels and the one where you chase a Learjet in a Cessna) which means you can't progress any further if you keep failing. But in this case the challenge is simply to complete a slightly advanced tutorial where you need to go two stops with the safety systems on, maybe getting a couple of AWS warnings or needing to acknowledge the PZB. If you can't manage that then, really, what are you doing playing a train sim in the first place!
