    Good Morning!

I was just wondering if there is any way to increase the amount of rail traffic? I know it’ll be intensive on the fps, but I really want to feel immersed in the game when playing. I just find that at times and at bigger stations it seems to have a permanent sparse feel to it.

    Thanks,

    James

The German DLC integrate with one another quite well and add a lot of traffic to the different routes. I will give another shoutout to breblimator for his excellent German synergies spreadsheet. The same can be said for the British routes, though to a lesser degree. I do not think that there are any North American DLCs that add services to any routes at this moment in time.

If you meant that you were looking for a slider of some kind, then I'm afraid to inform you that there is no such option. Service mode operates on a 24-hour timetable as dictated by DTG. Sometimes DLCs can add more services to these timetables (a la der deutsche Inhalt), but it is not something that can be modified by the end-user. That is, at least without a hex editor and a lot of patience.

The closest thing would be the Scenario Planner, but it is somewhat bugged at the moment and traffic opportunities are also limited. I encourage you to toy around with it, but personally I prefer to stick with the timetable journeys.

    Cheers

You could always edit the route to add more AI traffic...

You can't edit TSW2 routes... As stated the only way to make things busier is to see what you can do with the scenario editor but that is still in its infancy and very basic.
