Hi there. Just recently bought airport Sim. (On xbox series x) Loving the game. Loving multiplayer as well! If anyone fancys playing it with me just leave a time when you'll have a game up below and I'll happily join. Few bugs I have encountered in the game tho: Host player can't drive fuel truck with out it uncoupling and it is impossible to recouple the trailer to the truck. Player 2 can't interact with the fuel panels beyond turning the battery on and doing test sequences. Player 1 sometimes has problems with driving the baggage tug with more than one trolley attached. Player 2 will sometimes encounter flying stairs. Game is slightly laggy depending on your network speed. Apart from that I'm really enjoying the game. Would love to se some DLC's for it such as Iceland air planes or BA or other companies. Use this as an off topic thread for arranging multiplayer games, and just talking about the game please. Years ago I had an airline management sim, not bad but very much text based. Trouble is these days I find I don’t have the concentration or time for in depth strategy games. Last one I tried was that Soviet Workers and Resources but after a bit just seemed to be getting bogged down in micro management.
Fair enough. If it helps it's not so much strategy. The tutorials took me 3 hours but after that your basically just following a selection of tasks for each plane.
I'm currently playing one on my phone. It is one of those that takes 7 real-life hours for an a350-1000 to be delivered (the clock runs in the background), but I find it fun. There is also a browser-based version that works alongside it, for when you feel like using a mouse instead of tapping. Developers are French.
Oh yeah. There's a good mobile Control tower Sim thing I found a while back. It's a bit old now tho. Can't for the life of me remember what it's called but yeah. Could be that? Not sure tho lol.
It could either be Unmatched Air Traffic Control (which is nowhere near as good as it was before unless you pay) Or it could be endless ATC Lite (which still holds really well) But it's not those. It has the generic name of Airlines Manager.
The reviews and bugs I’ve read on Xbox and Steam have really put me off. This game is definitely on my radar though, I just want to pick it up when it’s in a better shape.
Hi. I have only just seen this forum. I love 'Airport Sim' but my goodness.....sooo many bugs, really frustrating. I have sent numerous emails to them but never get replies. If they could fix this broken mess, it would be worth playing. I play on Series X too.
It’s honestly alright, but the lack of AI helpers to load/unload baggage makes it a frustrating chore rather than a fun activity. Consigned to the “maybe another time” bin until they improve it.
