I found the Alan Thomson website and tried to register, first it said something about my user name, so I changed it, then it said user already registered try logging in. Then went to log in, got message to say change password go to my email, did that, then got redirected back to his site, changed password, then got email to verify who I was, did that then it said it was an error try again, did that and same got the error. I went on YouTube and left a comment. Anyone else had this problem? Col.
No, it’s working fine for me. There is a Contact Us link on the website. They usually respond within 48 hours and are quite helpful. You might get a better result contacting them directly.
Yes I saw the contact thing but it asks to put you user name or something so I thought well if the site doesn't know me how can I leave a message.
