The Alco C424, part of Alco's Century series, is a stellar piece of railroading equipment, and has been around for many years. The C424 is known for emitting large amounts of smoke when throttling up, and has an iconic "chug" similar to those of the GE Genesis series, but yet different. Over 10 railroads owned C424 locomotives, including the legendary Pennsylvania Railroad. The Alco C424 is an ideal diesel locomotive for almost any railroad, shortline or mainline, freight or passenger. Well-known railroads that own/have owned C424's are:
    -Erie-Lackawanna Railway
    -Pennsylvania Railroad
    -Reading Company
    -Wabash Railroad
    -Morristown & Erie

Alcos are really cool. I'd also love to see the C420s, as well as PAs, FAs, more Centuries, more U-Boats, the UP U50/U50Cs, RSD15 "Alligators," and definitely a few Alco switchers.
