When I am in the Caltrain Bi-Level Cab Car CT97, the B button on the Xbox One controller doesn't do anything for dismissing the alerter warning. Only way to dismiss it is by pressing Q on the keyboard or interacting with the reset button directly. This issue occurs in TSW2 and TSW2020.
