Hello there, i noticed today that almost all of my medals are gone from my game profile. I don't want to start a topic whether the medals are important or not, but it's annoying when you get hints for every action (switch operation) on a Train that you have done something specific. It also makes it impossible to reach a certain level for a certain Rolling Stock if all the medals keep disappearing. I´m glad that the levels have been reset only for the rolling stock and not for the player profile. Why do the medals just disappear from time to time? Is this a game bug or a Dovetail Live thing?
Hasn't happened to me. Could be a bug specific to your profile, but I'm not sure. Try reaching out the dtg support so they can help you with your issue.
