All My Trophies Obviously Remain, But I Get Sentimental Over Things Like This

I decided to use the journey section to complete a service, and now my progress looks like this.

its bad enough that on all the different dlcs the training and scenarios sections never update due to this new tsw2020 update, but before i played this i had way over a 100 services completed, now its back to 1.

 

If you go onto a different route and then back into Great Western Express all your services will be restored.

 

I don't think so. Of course the services exist, but the game "forgot" which of these have been completed before and there's no way back.
Btw, this is not an assumption, it happened to me on the same route in exactly the same way. But since there's no trophy requirement to complete all or a certain number of services on this route, it doesn't really matter.
