I bought and downloaded the Special Edition of TSW 6 from the PC Xbox store, and was so stoked to get out on the new rails when lo and behold, all of the new content including routes and trains were missing. A little side message, my profile was reset as well and I had no option to transfer from TSW5 after multiple attempts at changes. Anyway back to the main issue, I double-checked that all DLCs were downloaded which they were, and I restarted my PC, TSW6, Xbox App as well as ran the verify and repair and nothing happened. I haven't seen any update posts regarding this issue with the Xbox store yet, so I am not sure if this is just me or not. Any ideas of what to do would be fantastic. Thanks everyone!
