PS4 All Non-tsw5 Add-ons Not Appearing In Game

I just opened my PS4, the game says it weighs 260 GB so all content I own is definitely installed, but when I open the game only the base routes/loco add-ons are there. Anybody else having this issue?

Edit: on the PS4 content manager it lists every dlc as "installed"

 

Does the PS4 have an option to restore licences? If so try that, worked for me on PS5

 

Yes, it does. I might try to go with that later but I don't think that's the problem since it's showing all content as installed (and it's confirmed by the 260 GB of game weight), it's just not showing the content in game

 

Exactly the same issue I had. Had all relevant DLC installed but game was not showing it. Might have been lucky but my last resort was to do restore licence. Suddenly all installed DLC showed in game.

ive just gone through the process go on the psn and write in train sim world 5 all addons are in the psn store

 

What a nonsense is this from the game, I have to reinstall all the addons that not only I do own, but the game says are installed. Another 8-10 hours of my PS4 idling while it downloads everything. Thought I read somewhere that they fixed this with tsw5. Thanks for helping
