I just installed a new hard drive to my aged pc. When I logged on to Steam and downloaded TS 2021. As soon as I was able I went to the workshop to recover my published scenarios only to find that TS 2021 says I have to repurchase loco's, rolling stock and routes. Now just in case this was a bug from the install, I verified my files twice with no luck. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what can be done to correct it?
Were some of them third party i.e bought direct from DTG or Just Trains etc? In this case, they won’t be recognised by Steam as purchases but you should be able to download them again from whoever you bought them from.
