Something totally off the wall here and although it's many years since I've been i always liked the monorail to go from the car park to the entrance, would be a very very short route, about 4 mins of driving but with plenty of other trains on it could be interesting to operate. Also the minature railway at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, another short route but something different from a conventional railway.
I don't know how they'd ever get the licensing but it could be a cool bonus route, perhaps added for free on Christmas Day.
