PC Always A Red X!!! Running Service, Can Not Get A "pass" On Completion

Hello!

I love the game, but I'm frustrated. I can run a service perfectly. No speeding, on time. And still a red X appears next to the objective in the completion screen.

Is this a bug? I thought maybe I was speeding at some point, so I ran and re-ran the service until I did it perfectly. Still a red X.

 

Which service did you receive the X on might help to figure out what the cause may be.
