I think that the real communication between the Dovetail games and the Community is lacking. We need to have active approach in terms of proposals and to know that when one is written it was at least being viewed by someone from Dovetail. After that someone should inform us about the possibilities of the given proposal to be implemented and than that proposal should get its status of the ongoing project. We should than have a list of all the proposals that are possible to implement and to know roughly at which tempo they can be done. Also proposals that are to hard to implement should clearly be stated as such. This approach would in my opinion remove the filling of emptiness when some member of this community gives the proposal and not knowing if someone even read it. This will enhance the communication between the community, which is serious about this great simulator and the Dovetail games witch at this moment seem to us like someone which just randomly throws some stuff at us.
I notice that you immediately noticed that there is no real communication with DTG. This forum is only for exchanging small talk every now and then. Here the main activity is the contest of screenshots. Any other attempt to interact with the dovetail is futile (not to mention frustrating).
