American Freight Train Horns

I have some train horn sounds but I was curious who to send them to and how? Also, how long does the horn sound have to be to be able to use it? Best for the C40-8W, SD40-2, AC4400CW, GP38-2, etc.

 

If DTG didn't hire you to get the sounds and doesn't know their source, I can guarantee they're not interested, for legal reasons if nothing else.

 

Yeah, but they once in a stream, that if we had sounds tht could be a possibility to use, to get in touch with them. I may be wrong

Rereading that thread, DTG was looking for people for them who know people who could get DTG recording access to equipment, not just recorded sounds in general.

 

This is why we can't have nice things.
