in the journey mode section of the route this service cannot be completed due to the pathing going through a depot shed which then derails you (picture of the pathing is attached as well as 2 youtube videos of the problem)
Same issue on PC. I played it in Journey mode. I tried it twice, second time resuming from the last checkpoint. Checked switches very careful. Also, why is this service driving through the shed while the doors do not open? As a workaround, you can bypass the shed on one of the empty tracks and then reverse into the (still closed) shed. That way, you can at least complete the service if you wish.
I have seen that thanks for mentioning it. It sucks that after such a long time they did not fix this issue and a fair number of other issues with this route.
Hey, I've checked this with the team, and can confirm it's logged as a bug in our system. The team will investigate when we're able to.
It's nice it is on a list, but it is solved only when it is solved in game. Same thing for a lot of other bugs. See also the issues we have with Clinchfield. It think a lot more effort is needed to fix at least the bugs that prevent completing a service or scenario. It is very annoy because I cannot mark a service as bugged, so after a few months I may try to play it again. I do no longer accept all excuses about quality issues. It really is time to see improvements.
