One of the biggest challenges in TSW is to drive HUD less, trying to anticipate what the next signal is and only knowing and only being able to react to the next signal is reached but this level of challenge isn't currently available in TSW3 for people who are colour blind,

I'm not Colour blind and I cant begin to contemplate how hard it must be for people who are, but it shouldn't be a barrier for players who want to go HUD less or part HUD less if so desired by the player.

Currently (in TSW3) the signal aspect indicator is either on or off, so colour blind people will never be able to experience the full immersion experience that am able to.
But what if the signal aspect indicator had an AUTO setting where the aspect would remain hidden until the player train reaches a set distance away from the next signal where it comes on letting the player know what the signal aspect is and then turns off once the signal is passed, this would allow anybody who has difficulty reading the signals to experience the challenge of going completely HUD less if desired regardless or disability.

That is a great suggestion! I feel they could also allow users to set their own signal colours and have those colours be the ones used in game on the actual signals so that driving without the HUD is more possible for people who are colour blind. I know Matt is passionate about making the game as accessible as possible, so your feedback is very useful for him.
