I recently reinstalled Canadian Mountain Passes, and I have this in my landscape. I haven't seen it in other routes so far, and I didn't have it in a previous installation of this route. Perhaps something changed in my graphical settings and reinstallation of TSC, but I don't know what it is. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks, it was the European asset pack missing. I thought it was installed by default, but it is listed separately, I somehow missed it. I am still installing a selection of all my routes until the next update is fully released.
A little late as you've got it sorted, but what you were seeing is how the game shows you that you have missing texture files.
