I was using the class 31 on wcl in the rain. Here's what happened. I was travelling at 50mph. On external view I applied a little loco brake, watched all that wagons bunch up together removing the slack. All the buffers were pressed against eachother, applied some train brake (initial application) instantly the scenario failed due to derailment even though the train didn't look like it derailed at all. So far that's every route on tsw I've had random derailments (mainly freight) I don't own every route there is but I do own most of them.
