So been working on my next timetable for the last week and a bit. I just finished up creating the Metrolink services. This will be the full Monday-Friday 2024 timetable, so every Metrolink train that should stop at LA Union will be. I'm about to start linking services up and attaching the locos. Hopefully that won't take too long. I'm going to be creating the Amtrak services in a layer, in the hope that if we get a DLC down the road It will be easy to add them in. What I really need is help with freight. What should be present on this route? What should it be made of, and where should it be going?
Good start, but.. I think you wait until you get the MP36 so we can have realistic consists for this route instead of JUST rotem coaches and F125s
It'll already auto sub them in randomly when the MP36 releases. I'm also creating the layers for the Amtrak services. So basically with very, very little work on my part in the future it will gain the variety.
Super happy to see that we're getting a more interesting timetable for Antelope Valley! I think you might want to ask your freight question in the General Discussion forum for visibility - many people probably don't read the Editor forum.
Just as an update on this, all the Metrolink services are simulated and working. All of the AVL and VC services are playable. All that's left is adding the few playable freight services, and testing. Hoping to have something released this weekend!
