Since I updated my computer last night to the newest version of Windows The metrolink Rotem cabcar lights won't work. No interior cab lights or headlights, but the HEP passenger car lights are on, but even in cabcar setup no lights at all and it's only the metrolink cabcar, all other locomotives for all other routes have working lights. Is this only me having this problem or anyone else?
everything works fine when I run the Rotem in TSW4, it has something to do with TSW5, I am thoroughly confused
I am so glad you posted this, as I have the same problem and it was driving me crazy. I recently got Antelope Valley and was trying some early morning timetables and could not figure out how to get any lights on, at all. It will start and run fine, as long as you don't mind running in darkness. This was on Xbox, btw, so I don't think it was related to your Windows update, but more likely a TSW update that broke something.
And so let me guess, it’s been a month since this was reported and there’s still been no fix released for it?
I had submitted a ticket to Dovetail and they got back to me asking for me to make a video to show the issue. I thought that was bizarre because this is literally the easiest bug to explain and replicate - its self explanatory - try to turn on the lights and they don't work in any situation. I never got around to somehow making a video of it and the ticket auto closed.
when i try to turn on lights on Antelope Valley Rotem Cab Car Markers, numbers, cab, gauge and headlights, it still not working anymore,
This is due to the December 10th patch, which was supposed to improve the F125 displays, among other things. Since then the AVL Cabcar has no other lighting apart from the passenger lighting. Despite multiple reports on various platforms, DTG has not yet responded to this bug.
Just to let you know, somebody has already reached out to us and the issue has been logged. Unfortunately, we received it too late to be included in the next update.
Wow! It might get fixed! I will be waiting. Make sure they work for the AI services also. Nothing more immersion breaking having AI with no headlights or marker lights not on.
