A lot of us really would love to have any new Amtrak equipment in the game. The new American routes are great, but with the exception of the LIRR, all are more or less the same western freight route. Freight railroading is fun, but I feel as Amtrak is really being neglected here. The lack of Viewliner II equipment makes it impossible to run a current, realistic Amtrak train in the east. Washington to Baltimore was a welcomed sight, but no new Amtrak equipment really left me wanting more. Amtrak is currently overhauling its fleet with the new Siemens Chargers, Venture coaches, Viewliner IIs, Aveila Liberty etc... The current TS fleet of Amtrak trains will become severely outdated in the not so distant future.

    MY SUGGESTION:

There are two great community made maps (Washington to Richmond & the Hudson Line Extension). If these routes could be improved and released as an official route, together with a modern Amtrak long-distance set (Viewliner IIs!!!) it would be an amazing release which a lot of the American community would be overjoyed to have. Apart from those maps, perhaps Chicago to South Bend would be a great route, being able to run all sorts of trains (if the new equipment is released of course).

I really hope DTG hears us Amtrak fans and goes back to making eastern passenger-focused routes.

I really want the Siemens Chargers in both TS Classic and TSW3.

I would love to see them in TSW3, but I really hope if they are put in the game, they are first made for TSC.
