New DLC is set to release around 3-6 weeks after the PC release on the 22nd. Wouldnt expect them going back to HH any time soon to port it, but no new news regarding that have been announced.
It will be a while before this comes to the consoles as there is a lot of optimization that needs to be done in order for it to work properly. There is no update to when it may come to the console.
