Any Reason Why A Licence Cc Would Be Withdrawn When The Licence Is In The Game

Only license is it used the London Underground Decal and words Bakerloo line on front, London Underground decal is from DTG.

Is “bakerloo line” words not allowed?

 

I don’t see the “Underground” being listed so I presume it’s not allowed to upload on CC.

 

strange as they’ve got the licence to use in livery editor, I wonder if they may not have added it to the list yet.
