Take a look back through the posts here, bud, you'll find about 20 a week with exactly this, so it's not odd, no.

My local route, Cross City line from Birmingham New Street to Worcester. It's still the only actual route suggestion I've ever posted.

Could probably do with a bit of an update to take in freight yards and the new WM Railways 196 and 730s which are being introduced. Having at least New Street to Worcester Foregate Street would be ideal, with the diesels doing the full route and the electrics terminating at Bromsgrove and Redditch.

Prime fodder for a route extension - if we got the EMUs first, maybe even doing the full X-City route from Lichfield to Bromsgrove, then the Worcester extension coming with the diesel loco DLC and not affecting the base route at all.

Sydney-Berowra via Gordon and Epping, including the City Circle. Several different lines, tph of up to 30 odd, amazing views of Sydney Harbour and the Opera House from the Harbour Bridge. Underground metro-type service in the CBD, more commuter style further out. All double deck EMUs, 1500v DC OHLE.

I would love to see Aalborg to Aarhus in Denmark, but any Danish route would be very welcome to me! About 100km long, but it is all Diesel and uses the DSB IC3, Siemens Deserio (Nordjyske Jernbane) and the DB/DSB MZ locomotive.
New signalling, New infrastructure, New diesel locomotives and units and a new country to add to the list.

Marshlink or Uckfield, we need the 171 to complete the ECW fleet, and the potential layers with SEHS for the 395 at Ashford and 375 at Hastings/St Leonard’s. Plus, the 171 could be layered on ECW and BML (ECS only)

Difficult to choose on this one :). I've made a lot of suggestions (as you can see below).

My favourites would have to be Enschede - Amersfoort CS and Weert - Maastricht/Heerlen in the Netherlands and my two German '90s suggestions: The Saalebahn and the Main-Weser-Bahn.

All of these routes have very interesting rolling stock options and variety, and offer some interesting gameplay oppertunities. All of them would add huge amounts of variety to TSW's lineup.

SP Coast Line between Third & Townsend and LAUPT in the transition era. Ambitious, I know.
Southern Railway S and W Lines either in the steam or modern eras. Again, a rather ambitious one.
ET&WNC between Johnson City, TN and Boone, NC.
Grand Canyon Railway between Williams, AZ and the South Rim of the Canyon, around the mid-late 90's to the mid-late 2000's.

I would love to see Netherlands or Nyc subway https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/netherlands-den-haag-dordrecht.48090/

    West coast mainline https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/im-craving-a-tilting-train.34455/#post-241131

    4 - 5- 6 subway lines https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/nyc-subway-4-5-6-trains-lexington-ave-line.33196/

And i also agree with jealous,,equality between gen 8 and gen 9 respectively,,because gen 8 players feel left out for paying the same amount for rush hour as gen 9 players paid with many features being held due to memory limitations.

Naturally I have a bias towards the UK and, specifically, Scotland.

My top 4, in order are:

    Inverclyde Line (Scotland/UK)
Glasgow Central - Wemyss Bay and Gourock with BR Class 380, and Class 314 layered.

It is my local route, for starters, but also has absolutely - and I promise this is true - stunning views over the Clyde to the Highlands and Islands, with the Wemyss Bay branch also having views over the entire town of Greenock. It's really a beautiful route, so has the best of both Urban(ish) Commuter and wonderful Scenery.

Edinburgh - Glasgow via Falkirk High (Scotland/UK)
Edinburgh Waverley - Glasgow Queen Street with BR Class 385

A classic on TS which - since then - has undergone massive changes, including electrification and the subsequent introduction of the BR Class 385, and the redevelopment of Glasgow Queen Street.

WCML (Any Section - England, Scotland/UK)
Anywhere between Glasgow Central and London Euston.

    It's the West Coast Mainline.

    West Highland Line (Scotland/UK)
More specifically Fort William - Mallaig, however the entire route is stunning.

With the 156 & 153 (today) and 37/156 (in the past) operating this line, there could be a variety of traction, two eras (the timetable is sparse with only one)

    In order, I'd say:
    1. Inverclyde Line
    2. West Highland Line
    3. Edinburgh - Glasgow OR WCML

    Yeah I second this.

Depending on how much of the route is made, it can be quite long (the full route is between Brighton and Southampton Central along with branches to Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth). It has a lot of stations which is perfect for passenger commuter services, and it has a good mixture of faster/slower services. Importantly, it would provide both the chance of extra layers from existing UK routes (such as from GWR, see pic), bring more varied gameplay, plus allows the opportunity to drive the new 313 DLC on a different route (in real life the 313 only operates on the ECW and WCW). Finally, it provides a great link to other routes, such as Brighton Mainline and the Arun Valley Line, for example, the latter services start from the WCW from Bognor Regis and/or Portsmouth/Southampton, and route via Horsham on Arun Valley eventually going to Three Bridges and on to Victoria (these are the services you can drive on London Commuter).

Overall, WCW would bring more immersion as it develops a wider part of the Southern network.

A Southern 377 and a GWR 165 at Southampton yesterday.

Bundle ECW WCW AVL Arun Valley Line & BML that is going to be the Southern Railway pack but the Game doesn't have 165 therefore GWML gives 166 to WCW.

I've posted various suggestions over the last few months but the top three, in no particular order, are:
Fort William to Mallaig preferably in the transition from Class 27 to Class 37 operation, solid steam heat Mark Ones.
Exeter to Paignton (Riviera Line), preferred era would be 70's but that's just me.
Blackpool Tramway, pre Flexity and modernisation again 80's with Balloon's, Railcoaches and Boat cars.
