Whenever I change the local date/time in TSW Editor using ts2.dbg.setlocaldatetime and then click on Play, the time jumps back to some default setting in autumn at 11:00 am immediately.

I can't debug my timetable like this.

Does anyone have the same issue or is it only me?

When I started my project back in November, I had this (or something similiar - can't really say if it's the same or not in your case) happened as well.

The time always jumped back to evening (I guess because I created my project at evening - there's seems to be a coincidence), while I needed it to be mid day to work properly on the route.

Can't really remember what the correct solution was but you can check two things which come in my mind, and even tough they seem to not have a direct logical connection, you could try them.

    1. Usually I think the Editor spawns the project at the last bookmarked location (Viewport Options - Bookmarks). Try to save a new or override an old bookmark on a location with the new set time.

    2. I experienced that when a crash happens, although I clicked on save before, some settings did not save into/with the project. To make them work (permanently), I save the project and then I need do a simple shutdown.

It seems that somehow the Editor is sensible that you need to have at least one shutdown to have some parameters related to your project correctly saved, so that you can restore them on the next load.

I mean both of these ways seem weird but as I only can recommend you in this case, the combination of both of these helped in my case back in November so that the project time does not always jumps back to evening as I remember.

Thanks. The issue magically solved itself like in your case. Meanwhile I used world settings to permanently apply the date/time I wanted, the benefit was that I never had to reset the time again :D
