Seems like if I Apply regulator I get a lot of wheel slip for every 1mph Gained but if I reduce it my speed doesn’t increase but decreases

notice particularly so far with the 8f

seems to occur around the 40mph and up mark

A further detailed example was I getting a lot of wheels slips at 55mph/20 on the regulator/25 forward/33 wagons only loco for breaks/ auto fireman/ normal weather

    anyone else noticing this ?

I am also experiencing this when accelerating at high speeds in the Jubilee I usually find reducing power and winding the reverser forwards helps avoid it

been having a try of a mix of that but I can’t seem to find a way that’s works sometimes if I do that it helps other times it seems to be counter productive

Can’t seem to get close to the speed limit as I’m slipping above 65mph

By the time you get close to line speed your reverser should be dialed back to 20-25%. Otherwise you are applying way too much torque to the drivers.
