PC Arosa Cars Driving Through Each Other

While some cars stopped to let me pass, others decided to plow thru the line of cars.
For example, look at the green pickup.

I saw it as well when riding the train as it was crossing a road intersection, a white car plowed underneath the train. Same is almost the issue in Peninsula Corridor where some vehicles plow through the vehicles ahead instead of slowing down speed when there is another one in front. Even in the Long Island Railroad for example plenty of issues do persist with the movement of AI vehicles. This happens when turning that the angle is too wide that the vehicles end up turning through the footpath to make a turn. Happily the vehicles stop at the level crossings in most routes to allow the trains to pass rather than plowing underneath them to be ensure being safe.
