PC Arosa Manual Or Loco Missing Feature?

The manual describes a few features that do not work on the loco. For example, the switch n° 20 does not work. It should change the brightness of the timetable light, but there is no such thing and the button isn't interactive.

The manual also refers to a "signalling systems enabled" control to enable and disable the ZSI-90. It's the ususal Ctrl + numPad Enter, but it doesn't work. The system cannot be disabled.

I suspect the manual has been copied from some other version of this loco, likely for TS Classic.
Was this done for performance related reasons too?
