The scenario Timberlog Delivery in Arosa has you move into the station past the cross over then instructs you to couple up to the cars in the other road. It does not tell you that you need to contact the signaller for permission to enter the occupied road. Either just allow it or tell the player. A seasoned player will know what happened and figure it out but won't be happy about the 3 minutes of their life they'll never get back. A new player would feel a lot of frustration.
