Arriva Train Wales stopped operating the services on the 13 October 2018 - TfW now operates those services From what I read on another page The company that owns the brand has decided not to renew their deal with Dovetail Games. There have been no legal issues at all, but there will be legal issues if these add-ons remain on sale after the licence agreement ends Which is why there is an end date Peter
A decent game dev would re-brand them to TfW for all future purchasers, and leave existing owners with the ATW skins but get the TfW ones additionally as patch. I for one would love to have all the TfW (both placeholder and new liveried ones) and yeah ok I'm aware there are re-skins out there but they are all for AP versions so that "free" mod is out of my price range unfortunately.
