PS5 Ashford International Southern High Speed

I have noticed at Ashford, there is a problem with trains stopping at signals, others classed as moving when you click on them and they are going nowhere, no signals hold them up, but they are stopped. I deleted a few trains to free them up and they just get glogged again, feel more like a plumber than a train driver. Is this a known problem, is it getting fixed?
