I'm having serious problems with the audio on tsw5 especially only on the new s-banh line. In practice the audio sometimes has cuts, it happens on the logitech g435 lightspeed headphones and also with other models of headphones on Ps5 and it's frustrating to pay 36 euros for a line in which the audio is cut for a good 50 minutes of the route. DTG I hope you solve this bug soon because I would like to enjoy every last cent of that money I spent. THANK YOU!
The game does suffer from audio distortion and glitching usually when the frame rate dips. It’s a core issue and we are entirely dependent on DTG to fix it.
This audio bug is since TSW2. All sounds are not properly looped. While they are looped fine on PC, it misses them completely on PlayStation... As I said before, it has been there since TSW2, but they still haven't do something about it...
on the new s-banh line i tested my headphones and unfortunately on the new train (DB 430) the audio in some specific points seems to be clipped or compressed only for about a few milliseconds. i personally tested the headphones on other games and they work correctly, i tested the headphones on other trains on the s-banh line and i can ascertain that the DB 430 has serious problems with the audio that in some points is cut. DTG could you solve this bug asap because spending 36 euros to then find yourself with a train with the audio not working properly is both a bug and basically a scam for the consumer.
Firstly, there's a feedback thread for exactly this sort of thing. Secondly, have you tried without headphones?
I already posted this in the exact thread but no response arrived. help please I'm having problems with the s-banh line, the audio in headphones in some specific sections seems cut and it's annoying after a while, I tried with other trains on the line but they all work perfectly (audio) except the Br 430 (New material). By removing the headphones the audio in the TV is heard perfectly even on the 430, I have the doubt that there is a bug when connecting headphones of any type because I have tried various brands including Logitech, JBL and official PlayStation headphones but they all give the same problem only with that train. I have personally tested other games and no type of headphones give problems, I wish they would solve this problem because the line itself is very beautiful but with this audio problem it is very annoying to drive with the BR 430. PS: I SPENT 36 EUROS AND I WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THEM FULLY
While understanding the frustration repeat spamming the issue in various places is not going to get a fix any time soon. DTG have not responded to any of the issues raised in the FSN Feedback Thread so repeating your problem ad infinitum isn’t going to change that. And as pointed out already to one of your other posts, audio in TSW is flakey at best down to ongoing core instability. DTG tell us they are working on fixes to that but if you don’t expect things will change, you won’t be disappointed… It’s also a Bank Holiday here in the UK so officially DTG won’t even be in the office.
I apologize for writing here again even though I should write on feedback on purpose but I tried using 4 pairs of different headphones including Logitech and JBL over-ear headphones and also 2 pairs of wired headphones, and I noticed in all 4 the audio cut of the BR430. Is it possible that the audio does not loop properly on ps5?
