Hi Don't know if its been suggested already, but I would like to see an automatic guard who opens doors at stations on units that are not Driver Only Operation, as this will be more realistic Many thanks Mark
Quite nonsensical that the driver “controls” the doors, particularly on BR Classic loco hauled or DMU stock. This should be the responsibility of the Guard, passengers themselves and station staff. The only interest the driver has is the “right away” when station duties are complete.
