Aventra 710/2 Recovery Question

Fantastic route and train question I have what is the recovery position for on reverser as this wasn’t mentioned in preview stream as never seen a reverser with that before

 

I'm assuming for recovery of the train during failure mode?

 

What position is it in? I’m assuming it’s just another way of saying off, forward, neutral, reverse.
