I cannot find an explanation as to what you need to do if you miss acknowledging the alarm for the DSD (or it could be the AWS) I can see the emergency brakes kick in, but how do you clear them? All I've been able to do is to wait and the alert seems to clear by itself? Is this just what happens or am I missing something? Regards
That is exactly what it does, it applies the emergency for a certain time in which the train for sure comes to a complete stop and then switches back to normal. You can do nothing but wait till it releases.
