This is a route from my childhood, so I wanted to recommend for maybe the chance it'll ever be added.
Note that I am not a professional at the lines of SBB and I haven't seen the line in person in a very long time, as of such most of my information I had to search on the internet.

    Route Length : 65.9 km
    Line Voltage : 15 kV 16,7 Hz
    Train Protection : ETCS 1

    Possible Train Fleet :
    RABe 511/ Stadler KISS
    46336380415_a391024518_b.jpg
The RABe 511 is a four or six -car double -decker railcar train of the SBB for the S-Bahn Zurich . The trains, which are referred to by the SBB as "Regio-Dosto", form the third vehicle generation of double-decker trains in the Zurich S-Bahn. The manufacturer Stadler Rail assigns them to its KISS product family.

    RABDe 500 / ICN
    1200px-InterCity-Neigezug_am_Bözberg_-_Südrampe.jpg
The RABDe 500 (often nicknamed ICN for Intercity-Neigezug, German for Intercity Tilting Train), is a Swiss high speed passenger train which was introduced in 2000, in time for Expo.02 held in western Switzerland in 2002. Its maximum speed is 200 km/h (120 mph), which can be reached on the Mattstetten–Rothrist new line; as of 2018 the RABDe 500 uses the branch to Solothurn only; the ICNs reach 200 km/h in the new Gotthard Base Tunnel. The train sets were a joint development by Bombardier, Swiss Federal Railways and Alstom, with an aerodynamic body designed by Pininfarina, bogies and tilting mechanism designed by the then SIG, Schweizerische Industrie Gesellschaft.

Re 450 / Doppelstock Pendelzug "DPZ"
    3-zurich-rail.jpg
The Re 450 is a push-pull electric locomotive passenger coach type which is used by Swiss Federal Railways on S-Bahn services in Zürich. Under the old Swiss class system, they would have been known as Re 4/4V. They are only found working with formations of three double-deck passenger carriages, the rear-most of which has a driving cab to allow push-pull working. At peak times trainsets may be coupled together to form a train consisting of three locomotives and nine passenger vehicles. Most S-Bahn lines use this stock and it is the most common on the network. I have fond memories of this train, It was always there.

    Re 460 / Lok 2000
    sbb-re-460-052-4-mit-463919.jpg
The Re 460 (popularly known as the Lok 2000) series are modern four-axle electric locomotives of the Swiss Federal Railways. Upon their entry into service in the early 1990s, they replaced the Ae 3/6, Ae 4/7 and Re 4/4 series units, and displaced many of the Re 4/4 series into lesser duties. The series was introduced as part of the Rail 2000 project, a massive project to modernise and improve capacity on Switzerland's railways.[4] While originally designed as a multipurpose locomotive, they are now used for passenger services only, often in conjunction with the IC 2000 double decker trains (often used to pull InterCity and InterRegio trains in German and French language areas). Their freight role has been assumed by Re 482s. They are maintained at Yverdon.

RABe 502 / Bombardier Fv Dosto
    SBB_RABe_502_405.jpg
The SBB RABDe 502 for InterCity and the SBB RABe 502 for InterRegio traffic are double- deck multiple units for long-distance traffic of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) from the manufacturer Bombardier Transportation . The trains known as FV-Dosto (SBB), TWINDEXX Express (Bombardier) or TWINDEXX Swiss Express (Bombardier) are based on the Bombardier Twindexx platform, which also includes the Twindexx Varioheard. The first trains should have been delivered to SBB from 2013. After a delay of more than four years, they were gradually deployed from 2018. There are variants with a length of 100 and 200 meters that can be coupled to form longer trains.

There's many more that could be added however I can only attach 5 images onto this post. More interestingly technically if the ICE 3 with digital display were to receive ETCS integration in the game it could have services on this route, aswell as the TGV however it'd require the addition of the TGV Lyria.

I do highly encourage for you to visit the Wikipedia page aswell well further details

As for now, that is all, I am very tired and I need sleep. If you read through all of this, thank you for your time and I hope you are well :>
Ps : please correct me if I am wrong on anything, or even make a better post because I probably got some things wrong. :>

Yes, this would be fantastic, and could crossover with Zentralchweiz in terms of stock. An Re 420 with EW4/Eurofirma coaches would probably be the most versatile stock.
