PS5 Bakerloo Line Crashing On Playstation

Hi guys I am having a lot of problems with the bakerloo line. For example I will do elephant and castle to harrow & Wealdstone the game crashes half way through the route or if do complete the route and do the return it will crash the game half way through. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this ?. Or if it’s something to do with memory ?
