PC Bakerloo Line Passengers At The Wrong Spots

There are situations that when the train leaves the platform at some stations and most terminus stations, there are passengers on the tracks which I believe have been dragged back and fallen from the moving train. This occurs at the terminus station and seems rather concerning and strange to many players.

I want to know what exactly is the cause that when the train leaves the station mostly the terminus station and some through stations, some passengers are on the tracks at the end of the platform. They are supposed to be on the platform. Any tech solving would be appreciated and I need help ASAP since I play this game every single day and this is the only game to entertain me. I certainly need this fixed inorder to ensure that I continue using my PC and playing this game.

Actually, I don't have a screenshot to show you on how the problem is occurring. But here is a video to show you what the problem I am facing is like. It is someone's video that I am posting the link of since it has exactly the problem I am facing



Is you skip the video to 1:02, you will see that there are passengers on the train tracks. They have fallen on the tracks from the previous train. These passengers are standing passengers who were dragged along from the moving train falling through the back and staying on the tracks. Now, as far as the occurrence of this issue in my game is concerned, how can I fix this problem of these passengers who are falling out of the moving trains. The sitting passengers are fine but the standing passengers fall out when the train is leaving the station, arriving or when it is in motion.

Thanks a lot for your reply. So, I would like some steps and strategies in how I can fix this glitch that is seen in the video at 1:02.

 

I have never seen that, ever, but so funny once the train starts moving. I've had passengers when there weren't supposed to be any though, from time to time, usually when leaving a siding or a shed/depot.

 

Can you please help me in fixing this problem of the passengers falling out of the trains and kindly give me some strategies in what to check in order to fix this.
