PC Bakerloo Line Red Signal Goes On Forever

Hi!
I have already postid this problem as a Pc discussion topic, but probably suites better here.
Completeing the first part of the Taking Stock scenrio and finishing at Queen's Park and changing cab I have a diagonal red signal preventing me to return back to the main line. I have been waiting for 20 minutes, had 2 southbound trains passing by but the light signal stays red. Contacting signaller denies.
Is this a bug? If not how could I resolve this?

 

Did you shut down the rear cab correctly?

My signal looks like this after changing cabs:

 

I belive I closed down correctly.
- reverser off and key out
- main switch off and key out
- brake back to the first position (can't racall the exact name)
Furthermore in scenario mode the game 'tells' you what to do next.... And it tells me after closing down everything to swap cab.

Anythin else? Something with the lights maybe?
