Xbox Bakerloo Line, Scenery Bounces But Train Doesnt At Harrow And Wealdstone

I noticed after getting to my last stop at harrow and wealdstone. The scenery bounces up and down but the train doesnt move and inch. Didnt noticed it at any other station but 100% noticeable at harrow
