I seem to run into this issue with the Taking Stock Scenario. When I pull into the shed at Queens Park to swap ends I don't get a proceed signal if I stopped the train all the way to the train stop at the end. I don't use HUD or objective markers so I stop where you should. Contacting the signaler gives me a message a long the lines of I am no longer on the track (can't remember the exact wording). This is not returning from a saved game either. I should add, It works if you stop before the 2nd signal in the shed. But I don't think it should be this way. Both signals should change and allow you to leave the shed no matter where you stop. Is the signal at stonebridge on a long timer? I wasn't sure if it was just a coincidence or I just had to wait longer. But after sitting for a few minutes the light never changed so I tried numerous things like opening and closing the doors and backing up a bit. This caused the light to finally change.
