Not sure if this is the right place but am stuck on the bakerloo i got baker street i now cant get the train moving again doors closed tried turning it on off cant the control key turned off any advice please i beilve i gapped the unit Train 1972 stock
Did a massive search through the forum two weeks ago for this very problem. The list was long, and a big but is, theirs no solution other than to drive the 72 stock carefully. It boils down to brake pressure tripping a shutdown. With no tutorial or anything in the original manual for reset or indeed safety reset or override once it's happened. Dovetail have not been forthcoming about what we do wrong (may have missed it if I'm wrong) Personally I think sometimes the timetable doesn't work correctly, there's also mention of not opening the cab windows. Only help is once you stop , whatever brake you use , always back rheo 1 then press reset button for the beep you hear .Only then open the doors once stopped. And yes it still doesn't work at times. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. I actually refunded the Bakerloo months ago for this reason out of pure frustration.Did buy it again recently on sale. And still haven't a clue about the real solution.A whole afternoon looking for answers. I'm sure someone out there will put both of us right if I haven't given you good enough advice.
There are a number of reasons as to why your train stopped: 1) droplight is down. If you want to drive with the window open, your droplight interlock must be isolated. Ensure you have actually closed the window after leaning out to the platform. 2) Reverser is still in Inter. This has happened to me once. 3) The brakes did not finish releasing. If you were holding the train at maximum brake, it will take a few seconds for the brakes to release. 4) The brakes will not refill. This, unfortunately, is a rare bug. The cause is not known, but it happens when the brake pressure drops and the game doesn't notice that it has dropped, so it doesn't start the compressor so it doesn't recharge the brake pipe. If this has happened, you may want to try pressing the 'physics reset' button (might work, might not). Most of dean's information is correct, but the Audible Warning Valve Reset button does not need to be pressed every time you hear the beeping noise. This is a common misconception. Rather, it only gets pressed when you hear the hissing noise when activating a cab. There is a bug fix coming soon to the Bakerloo Line - hopefully that fixes this.
