Banking Turn Question

for some reason no matter what Track rules i choose, i can not for the life of me make the turns bank, i followed the Cactusjuice Tutorial, tried different track rules, doesnt work. what can i do

 

What track rules have you tried so far? I did test some old Kuju/RSC track rules but superelevated track doesn't work for them.

 

the only one seems to work is the Academy rule, i did more testing and so yeah
