I think the bay area rapid transit is a amazing option for a dlc for one because every station is so diverse and some of the senery is very nice, also the trip times are very convient. Also both the new FOTF train and the legacy trains are so iconic and sound amazing.
BART is a semi automated system, there wouldn't be much control imput. from the player. Like what would you even do in here aside from press buttons.
