Hey DTG. Just wonder about the creator club. What if I create a livery that is not fictional and represents some brand, but that brand is already licensed for TSW? Let's say, for example, I create an Amtrak livery for F40PH-3C? By the logic, it wouldn't require any additional licensing and won't break any rules. Or do I understand something wrong?
I would have to say by reading the rules of this new feature since it’s Amtrak and therefore real licence, it would not be allowed
Still no, because every new thing DTG creates has to be run past the licensor no matter how long they've had the license for. I don't think they'd want to swamp licensors with potentially rather dodgy recreations of their liveries knocked together in a sticker editor in an afternoon (although some stuff people have made is lovely) I do wonder whether my LU Pride livery would be acceptible if I took the mock LU logo off, since it is based on the original...
