    Because we're getting a lot of DLCs it would be nice if DLC is from TSW 2020 and TSW2 merged into the base game of TSW 3 to make room for future content

    Dlc from tsw2020 ported over to tsw2. If you own any of those dlc, then it ports over to tsw3. Only dlc that didn't is nec ny, the switcher with cab car and the gp40

    Not sure why "making room" is relevant as the files would be the same size. Not aware of any DLC size limit on xbox...

    There is unlimited theoretical "room" in TSW. Everyone chooses what they personally want to keep in that space.
