Bcc Class 323 Introduction. Train Won't Move, Intros Skipping Messages. [solved]

I did all the steps but the throttle won't power the train. It looks like the VCB light is on but very dim. In other scenarios the line light is brighter. Also this introduction plus the route intro seems to be skipping messages.
Anyone else have this?

 

What platform are you on? I'm on pc and had no problem with the tutorial when it first came out

 

It's the Class 323 Introduction at the Training Centre. When I try a regular service, the train works. Looks like it is not taking any power at the Training Centre.
